How to be mentally and Physically Strong: 7 Simple Steps

You should be physically and mentally fit to perform well in any field
of life. Here are some easy steps to be strong mentally and
physically-

STEP ONE:
Drink water: Drinking at least 8 cups of water in a day will give you
energy and freshness.

STEP TWO:
Follow the food pyramid.

STEP THREE:
Get enough sleep: You should sleep 8 hours in a day to be mentally as
well as physically fit.

STEP FOUR:
Clean your hair at least once a day.

STEP FIVE:
Wear clean clothes: Always wear clean clothes because wearing clean
clothes gives you that confident which makes you strong mentally.

STEP SIX:
Brush your teeth daily, because almost all the physical problems can
start from your teeth.

STEP SEVEN:
Read at least 500 pages of a book once in a week, Because reading
something is good exercise of mind.
